Enter the amount you are giving and leave the selection as “Tithe/Offering” for your regular giving. If you want to give to a special offering, you can choose that in the drop down menu. For example, choose “Annie Armstrong Easter Offering” to give to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions.
You information is transmitted securely and you will receive a receipt via email. Additionally we will keep a record of your giving for end-of-year tax purposes. If you give by credit card there is a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 which Tithe.ly receives from your donation since they are processing the payment for us. This is comparable with other payment processors in the industry. If you give by bank, the fee is 1.0% + $0.30. Please consider covering the fees by checking the box next to “Cover Fees”.
Your regular giving goes towards the church’s annual budget which includes things like the pastor’s salary, building expenses like utilities and repairs, as well as the Cooperative Program, which supports our North American and International missionaries (NAMB and IMB) among other things. All church members vote on the budget at our annual meeting.
