All in-person events are canceled for the time being due to the spread of the coronavirus.
Throughout the crisis, as social distancing and isolation becomes even more imperative to stop the spread of the virus, we will be providing links on how to connect with the church online on our homepage.
We will be using Zoom video conferencing for some activities. If you are able, please download the app to your computer or phone ahead of time and sign up for an account. We will be using Zoom since that allows people to call in from their phone if they do not have a computer or smart phone. Additionally, we’ll be able to share with one another. Again, if you are not able to use the Zoom app, you will be able to connect to the meeting by dialing in and entering the meeting number.
Message from the Pastor (March 13, 2020):
“Due to the present national crisis we want to do our part to stop the spread of Covid-19. I want to make it clear. Church Service is cancelled until further notice. There will be a short streamline presentation on our website on Sunday at 11:00 AM. You may use your phone or computer to participate. You may also give an offering online. The doors will be closed. Please do not show up. If you need prayer please contact one of our deacons or myself. Pray that this crisis ends soon. God Bless You. Pastor”
On March 14, 2020, after we had already canceled all events, we also received the recommendation from the Mayor and Rutherford Police Department for all churches and religious organizations not to hold their Sunday services until further notice.
